They are sent fresh out of The oven, so they should be served sooner than later. You can put our cupcakes in An air tight container & keep them in the fridge, but make sure they are at room Temperature when you eat them! The Cream Bakery products are perishable and are not Advised to be consumed after 3 days or if left at room temperature (or hotter/in Direct sunlight) for more than 2 hours. ON LINE ORDERS: All online orders require a $35 minimum order. DELIVERY: At Cream Bakery Inc., we delivery every box and package out in perfect condition. All deliveries will be done within a 10 block radius from our location on 31-78 Steinway Street, Astoria, NY 11103. PICK UPS: All online orders for pick up must be placed 24 hours in advance. On all online orders, upon the customer’s approval @ pickup, all sales are deemed final. SALE AND RETURN POLICY: Once your cupcakes leave our facility, there are at the mercy of our carrier. We make every effort to protect your cupcakes from damage during delivery. Any damage that is incurred during delivery must be reported immediately upon receipt. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations on all orders must be done 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup. There will be no refunds on customized orders.
